Thank you for shopping with The Healing Hair Company! We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with any item that you have purchased from our store. In order to facilitate a smooth returns process, please read and understand our returns policy outlined below:
1. Returns Eligibility:
- Only non-custom items that have been purchased and un-opened are eligible for a full refund.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If there is a fault with the topper we will cover the cost of the return.
2. Return Period:
- You may return an eligible item within 14 days from the date of recipt.
- After 14 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any returns, unless faulty.
3. Resealable Condition:
- Any item that is not in a resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Deduction:
- A refund will be issued for the returned item, of the original purchase price.
5. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day return period.
- Provide your order details, reason for return, and any necessary supporting documentation.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return authorization number and return address.
- Please ensure that the return package is securely packed and adequately insured, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipment.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund accordingly.
Please note that this returns policy applies only to non-custom items. For custom items, please contact our customer support team to discuss any concerns or issues you may have.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the above policy or if the item is not eligible for return.

6. Fault/ Return policy
We stand by the quality of our toppers. In the rare event that a topper appears to show a fault after over 4 weeks of wear, we kindly request a full list of products used and your aftercare routine. The piece will be returned for testing. If a manufacturer fault is found, we'll gladly issue a replacement. However, if the issue stems from aftercare neglect, we regret we won't be able to provide a replacement."
